WAKE-UP WEDNESDAY…

I know it’s not Foodie Friday, but it is WAKE-UP WEDNESDAY, so I thought I’d share my new daily ritual with you step by step.  Here’s how I make my THIN RICH & BOOZIE iced cappuccino.

Supplies:

Espresso ~ 3 Splenda packets  ~  skim milk  ~  2 french vanilla coffeemate pods  ~  tall glass  ~ Ice

  1.  Make a double espresso shot
  2. Add 2 Splenda and 1 coffeemate
  3. Sir
  4. Poor over glass of ice (I prefer ice pellets)
  5. Top off glass with cold skim milk

 Foam:  The secret to my foam is one Splenda and a coffeemate added to my skim milk

  1. Add 1 Splenda, 1 Coffeemate, & Skim milk to separate cup
  2. Froth milk blend
  3. Spoon on a dollop of foam and add a straw
